Wow, Tom Dryer, is certainly the mose useful blogger on Planet Ubuntu Users.

He has found a way out of the main problem I have with KDE 4.0: the "huge taskbar". My current setup has shown me how to perfectly function without a taskbar.

I could even live without shortcut buttons or desktop switcher and only ever use keyboard shortcuts. The only thing I can't live without yet is the system tray.

So thank you Tom. You will make me retry KDE 4.0.

In the meantime, I would like to ask what the Planet Ubuntu Users would like me to blog about. I know I have many subjects I could blog about but it seems to me there is a lot of good informations everywhere already. I don't like duplicating efforts if I feel it will benefit nobody. On the other hand, if someone explicitely ask questions, it gives me more of a reason to write about something because I know at least the person that asked the question will read.
